1. Product Returns & Refunds

Missed Appointments & Rescheduling: If you miss a scheduled consultation (no-show) or are unable to attend at the appointed time, you are entitled to request one rescheduling of that consultation. Cancellation After Appointment Date: If you request a cancellation or refund after the scheduled consultation date has passed (for example, you missed the appointment and no longer want to reschedule, or you cancel on the day of the appointment or afterwards), you will be eligible for a partial refund only. In such cases, we will refund 50% of the consultation fee that you paid. The remaining 50% is retained to cover the time slot and preparation our consultants set aside for your appointment. Please understand that when an appointment is missed without prior notice, our ability to fill that slot is limited, and this policy ensures fairness for the time reserved.

Disputes, Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims: We value open communication and ask that you reach out to us with any concerns about billing or service before pursuing a chargeback. Chargebacks or refund claims that are found to be fraudulent or baseless will be contested. Success Systems LLC reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with the payment processor or credit card company by providing supporting evidence (such as proof of delivered services, appointment logs, email correspondence, and our refund policy terms agreed to at purchase). We take these steps in accordance with applicable laws and payment network rules to protect our business from fraud. 3. Refund Processing

Method of Refund: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
